Breast Star, 77x73 mm, in Silver with white enameled arms, flanked by Savoy`s knots,the tips, also set with brilliants, gold centre, with finely enameled details, bright-polished reverse with vertical, gold pin and two side-hooks, lapel miniature in silver and enamels, also set with tiny brilliants. In the original presentation case, covered with red silk, with maker`s mark of Masriera Y Carreras, Barcelona, printed on the inner cushion, the lid, with a gilt silver plate engraved: "La Camara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Navigacion de Barcelona AL IL MO.
