Neben der Malerei fotografierte er Knstler und verwendete seine in einfachen Trachten gekleideten Modelle auch fr seine Gem„lde. x 98 cm, ger. 85 x 114, Humourous interiors scene with a smoking fisherman and a laughing young woman, Zamphigi was very successful with his genre scenes. He wins the Poletti Prize in 1880 and continues his studies in Modena in Rome and Florence. In addition to painting, the artist photographed and used his dressed in simple costumes models also for his paintings. Accordingly, he composed happy and idyllic family scenes, as in the present painting.
