Grand Cross Set of the Order, instituted in 1922. Sash Badge, 96x67 mm, GOLD and Silver, as a red enameled star, enriched by a pattern of green/white enameled, stylized palms and lotus flowers; blue enameled centre with golden eagle, within white enameled outer circlet bearing a golden, Arabic inscription; red enameled reverse, also red enameled centre medallion with complex, calligraphic inscription, within white enameled outer circlet also with Arabic inscriptions; decorated upper loop with hinged golden laurel wreath tied by a riband, round ring and original, full-length sash ribbon. Breast Star, 87 mm., Silver, the rays made with sequined pattern, alternated by smooth, polished ones; gilt silver centre, similar to the badge’s obverse; the reverse with broad pin and two side hooks; in case with fitted, inner compartment. An extremely rare, imposing group of extremely fine manufacture, excellent condition. I RR!
